Unused, unworn, and unwashed items may be eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. Items also need to be free from makeup stains, animal hair, and any scents or fragrances, including deodorant. Items need to be in new condition so that they can be resold. If your items returned to us have any scent associated to them, we reserve the right to send the items back to you without refunding. To qualify for a refund, you will need to have your return set up with us and the package dropped off at your local post office or other shipping service within that 10 day window. If 10 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Just send us an email at email@example.com to set up a return.
If any damage or loss occurs upon return shipping, it is NOT our responsibility. We will not be able to issue a refund if the item(s) return to us damaged or is lost in return transit.
Once the return is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. If your return is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued to your bank minus shipping costs. You will receive your refund in approximately 5–10 business days after the refund was issued on your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded/returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned and are final sale.
Due to our inventory strategy and how fast items sell out, exchanges may not be possible. If you need a new size and it is available, simply order the new size you need and follow our normal return process for returning the original item.
Report damaged or faulty items within 15 days of receiving the item(s). Send a picture of the defect/damage and proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item is washed not according to the washing instructions and a defect develops, the item will not be eligible for warranty consideration.
