When will my order ship?

Typically, orders will ship within 1-3 business days of being submitted, however we have been growing rapidly and are trying to keep up so things may be delayed beyond that. Please allow us patience as we get to packing your order. Thank you!

What is your return policy?

How do I set up a return?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Just send us an email at returns@shopstoneandwillow.com to set up a return.

Do you have a physical store?

We are exclusively online currently, but hope to do pop-up shops in our future.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time as we do not have the infrastructure in place yet.

What if an item is out of stock?

We do our best to have inventory at all times but there are times when sales exceed our expectations and we sell out. There are also occasionally other factors that are out of our control, such as when our manufacturer is out of stock. Lastly, we have a rotating inventory, meaning we may not always have the same items in stock due to popularity, season, etc. If you have questions about a specific item, please email info@shopstoneandwillow.com.
