Return Policy

Returns
Unused, unworn and unwashed items may be eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send an email info@shopstoneandwillow.com with a copy of your receipt and we can begin the setup of your return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Once the return is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. If your return is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued to your bank minus shipping costs. You will receive your refund in approximately 5–10 business days after the refund was issued on your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded/returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned and are final sale.

Exchanges
Due to our inventory strategy and how fast items sell out, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a new size, simply place a new order on our website then email us at info@shopstoneandwillow.com to set up a return for the original item.

Warranty
Report damaged or faulty items within 15 days of receiving the item(s). Send a picture of the defect/damage and proof of purchase to info@shopstoneandwillow.com. If an item is washed not according to the washing instructions and a defect develops, the item will not be eligible for warranty consideration.
